What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, taken at checkout.
• Your order: which show, how many tickets, the amount and the payment reference.
• The ticket codes issued to you.

What we never collect

We do not see or store card numbers, CVVs or bank credentials. Payment is handled entirely by Paystack, and we receive only a reference and a result.

Why we hold it

To issue your tickets, to admit you at the gate, to reach you if the show changes, and to keep accurate sales records. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Paystack processes the payment and receives your email address. Supabase hosts the database. Nobody else receives your details.

How long we keep it

Order and ticket records are kept for seven years to meet accounting obligations. You can ask us to remove your contact details sooner, once the show has happened.

Your choices

Email tickets@mahraznumber1.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Include your order reference.
