Buying a ticket

A ticket is a licence to attend the show named on it. Your order is confirmed only once payment clears with Paystack, at which point ticket codes appear on your confirmation page. Until then the tickets are held, not sold.

Price

The price shown on the show page is the price you pay. We add no booking fee. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own charges, which we do not receive.

Entry

• A ticket admits the number of people shown on it, each of them once.
• Bring the code on a phone or printed. It is checked at the gate.
• Once everyone on a ticket has been admitted, it will not admit anyone else.
• Entry may be refused for behaviour that endangers other people at the venue.

Refunds and cancellation

Tickets are not refundable if you change your mind. If the show is cancelled or moved to a different date, you may request a full refund to the account you paid from. Contact us at tickets@mahraznumber1.com with your order reference.

Reselling

Tickets are sold direct at a fixed price. Reselling a ticket above face value voids it. Buy only from this site.

Changes to the show

Set times, supporting acts and stage details can change. The date, venue and city on your ticket will not change without notice and a refund option.
